When you reference the quote within the text, you just need the author's surname and the year, both in brackets - so (McGilligan, 2007) for example. You need to have another look at how to set out your bibliography, as at the moment there are some elements missing - see here - http://community.ucreative.ac.uk/article/27187/Referencing
